Masonic Brother’s Final Wishes
(To be filed with the Secretary of the lodge)
Brothers, please use this as a guide to discuss with and assist your family or close friends in letting us know of your decisions about your final Masonic wishes (including regalia, books, Masonic memorabilia, etc.) for that time when you have laid down your working tools and passed to the Celestial Lodge above.
* Remember, also, that a lodge cannot perform a Masonic service unless the brother is in good standing, and a Masonic funeral service is requested by a relative or friend of the deceased brother.
Some suggested discussion points and decisions:
M▪ Would you like to have a Masonic Service Performed for you, YES or NO?
M▪ Do you have a particular preference for whom to officiate at the service (generally, a close Brother or the Worshipful Master of your lodge)?
M▪ Do you have any specific requests regarding the service?
M▪ Do you want your white Masonic Apron cremated or buried with your remains?
M▪ To whom do you want your Masonic rings, jewelry, books or other paraphernalia given to?

M▪ Do you have any other donations or wishes?
