A Stated Communication was held on the above date.
On March 10, 2025 A.D., 6025 A.L., at 1:30 PM, a Lodge of Master Masons was called to order with the Flag Ceremony and the Pledge of Allegience.
Masonic Education was presented by R⸫W⸫ Brother Yannetti on the subject: Ben Franklin's Comments on Moral Perfection.
All who were not Master Masons were requested to exit the Lodge.
The Lodge was declared open in due form at 1:58 PM with 23 Master Masons on the sidelines.
All elected and appointed officers were in their appropriate chairs except for the Junior Warden, replaced with W⸫ Brother Gaudiosi.
The Opening Charge was delivered by R⸫W⸫ Brother Yannetti.
The Altar was draped for M⸫W⸫ Danny R. Griffith, Grand Master for 2013. M⸫W⸫ Griffith passed on February 25, 2025.

All Dignitaries were recognized.
The Minutes were read and accepted for the February 10, 2025 Stated Communication.
The February 28, 2025 Treasurer's Report was read and a motion made and seconded to approve the Report subject to review. Motion passed.
Bills. The Secretary presented the Craft vouchers for January to February, expenses totaling $7,616.75. The total amount being in the budget, the Worshipful Master directed the Treasurer to pay the bills.
Sickness and Distress. It was requested that Brother David Bassone and W⸫ Emmett Mills' daughter be added to the prayer list.
Correspondence from Grand Lodge was read and fliers were placed on the table in the lobby.
Petitions Received: None
Petitions to Ballott: Brother James Riley Murphy was ballotted and accepted as a dual member of the VML 394.

Charity Basket: $637.00 was collected for Honor Flight. $800 will be donated.
Announcements: The Social Dinner for March will be at Mallory Hill Country Club, 675 Odell Circle, The Villages.
Minutes: The Secretary was instructed to dispense with the reading of the minutes until the next Stated Communication.
There being no further business, the Lodge was closed in due form at 3:59 PM.
